TELUS International Africa celebrated the official inauguration of its newly constructed, cutting-edge facility in Casablanca, Morocco.

The event – attended by TELUS International President and CEO Jeff Puritt, Senior Vice-President and Chief Corporate Officer Marilyn Tyfting, Chief Operating Officer Jose Luis Garcia Fernandez, Minister Delegate of Digital Transformation & Administrative Reform Ghita Mezzour PhD, and Canadian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco Isabelle Valois – marked the opening of a facility that aligns with the company’s commitment to delivering a next-gen AI-led, customer-centric experience.

The eco-friendly facility, unveiled in the presence of community members and the dedicated team in Morocco, aims to generate hundreds of jobs, foster stronger community ties, and promote the #HappyHere culture in Casablanca, Morocco.
