As a wrap-up to the 17th edition of Telecom Review Leaders’ Summit, Telecom Review Group organized its Excellence Awards ceremony to recognize exceptional global and regional companies, along with industry leaders, for their innovative initiatives and influential contributions throughout 2023.

Among the list of Telecom Review Excellence Awards 2023, this year’s “Best Fiber Infrastructure Deployment – Africa” award goes to Telecom Egypt.
Their trans-Egypt crossing terrestrial fiber optic route was constructed to serve the international community through connecting the subsea systems from the Red to the Mediterranean Sea. It was built inside the highly secured Suez Canal campus with 200 kilometers of length putting it on the top of the list of the shortest global crossing routes.
The 17th edition of the Telecom Review Leaders’ Summit, under the theme “Global, Regional, Digital,” is one of the most anticipated and largest ICT events in the industry.
