By deploying Tecnotree's comprehensive digital BSS Suite, encompassing CRM, Order Management, Product Catalog, Inventory Management, Microservices Platform, Billing, Collections, and seamless integration with third-party systems and channels, MTN South Sudan's BSS infrastructure has been significantly enhanced.
This transformation empowers MTN South Sudan to streamline operations and leverage new features for tangible business advantages. Moreover, it aligns their business processes with day-to-day operations. Ramaseshan Subramanian, Vice President & Head of Global Delivery & Operations at Tecnotree, emphasized that this upgrade equips MTN South Sudan to robustly roll out their digital services to customers under their Business Success program.
