Sparkle, the leading international service provider in Italy and a prominent global operator, has announced a significant agreement signed with Kush Investments, a UAE-based firm. This agreement establishes a long-term solution through the upcoming Blue-Raman Submarine Cable System, serving the East Africa region.
The agreement, finalized at Sparkle's headquarters in Rome, entails the provision of a virtual fiber solution connecting Mumbai and Djibouti with Europe (via Palermo, Genoa, Marseille and Milan) and India (Mumbai). This expansion strengthens Kush Investments' ICT infrastructure asset portfolio, unlocking new business opportunities and telecom projects in East African countries. Additionally, the agreement sets the stage for potential collaborations in other telecom and ICT sectors, supporting the continued growth and expansion of East Africa, which has emerged as the continent's fastest-growing region in recent years.
